Binzel tip dip gel will help prolong the life of your gas shroud and contact tip. This simple product will save you pounds plus improve the quality of your work.
Get your torch tip warm and then dip the end in the tip dip gel this will protect the tip for approximately 1 to 2 hours of welding. After welding remove the shroud and wipe away the spatter then heat up and dip again.
Keeping your gas shroud clear of spatter will improve your weld as the shielding gas will flow more consistently and evenly around your weld.
