This Kemper SmartMaster has a 2m flexible arm and has been designed to take out welding fume being "W3" approved is able to work with fume from stainless steels so as to help ensure all your artisans remain safe whilst improving productivity.
This unit is relatively compact, fully manouverable having two fixed wheels plus two lockable caster wheels which means you can position this fume filtering unit exactly where you need it.
Operating from single phase 230V supply means this air purifying unit is at home taking the fume away from the artisans in small workshops and has been designed for occassional use during the day rather than continuous welding for many hours in a day.
SmartMaster fume filtering equipment is manufactured by Kemper in Germany, as you would expect from a top class German manufacturer the design has been well thought out to provide low operating costs and a long working life which means this fume filtering unit may cost a little more than some initially but will quickly pay dividens with its lower operating costs.

The basic mobile welding smoke extraction unit is designed for occasional use with low amounts of dust. The rotating and swiveling exhaust hood enables use in a 360-degree radius and ensures only few adjustments during welding. The basic device is suitable for welding high alloy steel due to its W3 approval.
This mobile filter unit is also suitable for high-alloy steel as well as applications with low amounts of smoke / dust or occasional use.

Under typical operating conditions this SmartMaster unit is good for extracting welding fume and filtering the air when welding between 12 to 15 reels of mild steel MIG wire (15kg x 1,00mm).
