Binzel Original RAB 255 Fume Extraction MIG Torch
Need to manage the air quality in your workshop, one of the tools available to assist with this task will be the Binzel fume extraction MIG torch available in the normal Binzel power range in both air and water cooled versions to match the power and usage periods for your work needs.
Fume extraction MIG torches may be used as part of your companys clean air policy by removing fume at the point of the welding process.
How effective the on torch extraction is for your process will require definitive testing, frequently PAPR welding masks are used in combination to provide full protection from fume.
Due to the nature of the extraction it may be necessary for your welding technique to be modified so as to be able to extract as much fume as possible.
To complete the fume extraction a filter unit will be required, please see the Binzel torch extraction filter plus the Kemper High Vacuum Smoke Extraction - MiniFil from the PPE section.
