Oxy / Propane Swaged Type 5 Brazing Nozzles - Single Flame

These Oxy / Propane brazing nozzles have been designed to operate with standard "Saffire" Type 2, Type 3 or Type 5 shank and acetylene mixers.  Often these type of nozzle are simply referred to as the "Swaged" welding nozzle,  this range of oxy / propane brazing nozzles look very similar to the standard oxy / acetylene "Swaged" welding nozzles however the oxy / propane version has a completely different outlet orifice.
NEVER use these nozzles with oxy / acetylene
These propane brazing versions are the same shape and length as the acetylene welding tips, please remember that it is impossible to weld with oxy / propane as the weld bead produced is very brittle - brazing on the other hand is always possible. 
Remember that these oxy / propane brazing nozzles will screw directly into your standard oxy / acetylene mixer there is no need to buy the propane super heating mixer.

Following the increase in demand for propane brazing tips Noz-Alls have developed a range of nozzles with sizes that have been formulated to flow at similar rates as the acetylene versions which means a size 1 is still a size 1 now designated #1P,  
The range includes the following sizes, #1P, #2P, #3P, #5P, #7P, #10P, #13P, #18P & #25P,  The oxygen flow is of course 4 times greater than acetylene versions.
Where a greater amount of heat is required then the use of the PHT 30 & PHT 60 should be utilised.  The PHT 16 can be used instead of the #18P where a wider heat input is required.

Setup Pressures 
#1 to #7 - 0.15 bar for both oxygen and propane / propylene 
#10 and #13 - 0.25 bar for both 
#18 and #25 - 0.35 bar for both 

On very long hoses these settings may need to be increased.
