Please see our opening times below. It will be worth remembering that during this time online orders will not be processed in the normal time frames. When we return on Tuesday 2nd any outstanding orders will be dispatched on a next day service.

Noz-Alls Ltd are now open on Monday until 6:30 to offer customers the chance to visit our trade counter after working hours. So if you are in need of welding supplies late in the day we can help. We appreciate it is not always possible to pop in while in the course of your work and your customers come first.
We always try to get our orders out in the most efficient way possible and all items we send are sent via a tracked courier - every parcel will require a signature for proof of delivery. If you do not want to pay carriage then please ensure your order is over the carriage paid level as advertised on the homepage. Additionally if you just want a few contact tips then please get in touch and we can look to send them out via Royal Mail at a competitive price compared to our parcel rated below. Of course this is subject to you being in the United Kingdom.
CARRIAGE PAID If you order over the carriage paid level then your discount will be shown at the checkout. There will still be a delivery cost indicated. This allows for you to upgrade carriage but at the discounted rate. For example 2 day carriage would become £2.
Standard Delivery - £6.50 (Monday - Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00 usually 5 working days)
United Kingdom Mainland* Next Day - £9.75 (M-F 8:00-17:00)
United Kingdom Mainland* Two Days - £8.50
You will be required to enter your postcode before carriage is selected - Highlands and Islands may be chaarged more. Overseas purchasers can buy from us if your country is on the list for shipment.
Please note that where there is a delivery time next to the buy button you may have to allow for an extended delivery time. This is usually for non-stock welding supplies and products. In most cases this will add around 1 or 2 days to your chosen delivery option from us.
The above number of days is of course with regard to 'working' days and parcels are limited to 25kg each. If your order is placed and processed before 11:00am then we will be able send it out the same day. If not then it may be collected the following day. There is of course exceptions to this and if we can book items out after the cut off time we will.
We do deliver all over the world and if you need your welding supplies sending over seas we can get it out to you. For these we may use Royal Mail or any other Courier company - whichever offers the best value for money. Overseas customers we have found Royal Mail offer competitive postage rates for small packages so even just a few contact tips may well be good for sending out to you.

If you need to return a product purchased from Noz-Alls Ltd then you have 28 working days to do so. Please contact Noz-Alls Ltd for a 'returns number' to help us track your item and improve the speed of arranging a replacement or refund. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us in a resalable state.
The goods should also be returned with their undamaged original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are contacted within 10 working days from delivery and the item is sent to us with a returns number provided by Noz-Alls.
Any return due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the initial delivery charge.
Any return which is due to change of mind is to be returned by the you (the customer) at your own cost. We will then refund the cost of the products provided they are returned and they meet the conditions above.
