The Headux 225 Syn PFC MIG has more welding power plus has the power factor correction which allows operation on 110V and mains supply 230V.  Great value for money with advanced features.

This 225 semi-synergic MIG welder has the advantage of being very simple and and easy to set whilst providing professional quality welds time after time.

The  Headux Titan 225 is very powerful and compact operating  with IGBT inverter technology makes this MIG MAG welder fully portable and is equally at home in an industrial environment as it is in a domestic garage.  Adding PFC circuitry increases the versatility even further as it is able to auto detect the input voltage allowing operation from a 110V yellow transformer (32amp output) or a standard single phase 230V supply.

This Headux 225 Semi Synergic PFC MIG from Noz-Alls allows you to select from 7 welding modes which includes MMA or stick welding, Lift TIG, conventional MIG and 4 Synergic MIG settings so you may be confident wedling in any mode that you will achieve the professional results you need.  This 225 welder has many more settings available to the artisan compared to a standard inverter MIG which also help improve welding ability.

Set to "conventional MIG welding mode" all 3 sizes of MIG wire may be used for mild steel and stainless steels, larger 1.2mm aluminium filler wire may also be used.
Typically mild steel ER70S-6 in 0,6mm - 0,8mm  and 1,00mm on 5kg spools plus of course various types of stainless steel MIG wire as well as typically Aluminium 4043 & 5356 general purpose aluminium wires and not forgetting CuSi brazing MIG wire.
The softer MIG wire could be used with the spool on gun MIG torch.  (See options).

Being able to turn the volts (amps) right down and weld with 0,6mm mild steel MIG wire makes this welder ideal for thin automotive panels.  The adjustable soft start feature of the Headux 225 means that the welder will not "punch" a hole when you start to weld on thin metal - Typically soft start is pre-set to just 3m/min until the arc has been initiated.

Trigger mode of 2T or 4T may be set - special setting also allows crater fill adjustment.

Easy to use for less experienced welder and Advantages for the Pro Welder
It is the added features of the "225" that help to make this welder a joy to use compared to many welders the Headux 225 has several great advantages one of which is that that the wire speed drive has an adjustable "soft start" setting which prevents the wire feeding out fast which can  "punch"  into the weld metal, using the soft start the wire begins to feed at a reduced speed until the arc has been initiated.  Once the arc has established the full welding wire speed then results.
For those novice welders who need to operate from 110V this Headux 225 is ideal as your starter welding machine which has the advantage that the welder will "grow" with you as you gain welding experience, because the 225 MIG welder has double digital displays, setting the same values again and again is easy.  As you gain welding experience setting your welder "by ear" will also become easier and then the LED displays will become more useful for setting the more special functions or making specific changes.

The four synergic MIG functions make it easy to achieve ideal welding settings quickly no matter whether welding from 0.5 mm material through to 8mm thick material.
