These gas diffusers are sold per item not in packs of three!  The picture of three items is to show different views of the product.

M8 Contact tip holder designed to fit and work with the Holch 600 Amp MIG / MAG water cooled torch (600 Amps at 100% Duty) precision machined to accept either the standard (cream) gas diffuser or the heavy duty gas diffuser (black) the design ensures maximum cooling is obtained from the shielding gas - working in conjunction with the cascade water cooling.
