SHIPPING TO EUROPE
All European shipping terms are DAP. Delivered at place. You will be responsible for paying the import duties and customs charges. 

We aim to give you the best possible value for money when it comes to delivery service which is why we use a variety of carriers for the UK mainland.

CARRIAGE PAID If you order over £50 +vat then standard carriage is FREE. To keep our rates competitive and small orders to remain good value for money we have the following pricing structure.

Under £13 - £4 (a few items excluded due to size or weight)
Under £50 - £7
£50+ : FREE

Next day, timed and weekend delivery options do exist as a chargeable item.
Next day will be £3.70 over £50 and £9.50 when less.
Timed delivery prices vary. 

You will be required to enter your postcode before carriage is selected - Highlands and Islands may be charged more. Overseas purchasers can buy from us if your country is on the list for shipment.

Please note that where there is a delivery time next to the buy button you may have to allow for an extended delivery time. This is usually for non-stocked welding supplies and products. In most cases this will add around 1 or 2 days to your chosen delivery option from us.

The above number of days is of course with regard to 'working' days and parcels are limited to 20kg each (there are some exceptions). If your order is placed and processed before midday then we will be able send it out the same day. If not then it may be collected the following day. There is of course exceptions to this and if we can book items out after the cut off time we will.

We do deliver all over the world and if you need your welding supplies sending over seas we can get it out to you. For these we may use Royal Mail or any other Courier company - whichever offers the best value for money. Overseas customers we have found Royal Mail offer competitive postage rates for small packages so even just a few contact tips may well be good for sending out to you.

Standard Terms and Conditions
Putting it in short - provided the item is a refundable item and packaging is in the same condition as when it arrives then we can offer a refund within 28 working days. Please call or email us to get a returns number. For full information, click the above link.
