This top quality German designed and manufactured Holch MHS 350 MIG torch is available in 3m, 4m and 5m lengths as standard. 
Designed with standard euro connector to fit any MIG / MAG welding machine with the euro connection.
These fume extraction MIG torches are not just a converted "MB36" MIG torch with fume extraction, these MIG torches have been designed from the start to be a fume extraction torch, this is one reason why they function better than most other fume extraction MIG torches.
These MIG fume extraction torches make use of heavy duty components ensuring a working life longer plus that consumable parts are required less often.
This heavy duty MHS 350 fume extraction torch is slightly larger than a standard MB36 style MIG torch, by comparison with other fume extraction torches the overall size of the fume extraction torch is much smaller and more compact making them less bulky and easier to work with.  
The ideal partner for this fume extraction torch is the Kemper MiniFil or for heavy use the Kemper VacuFil 125 with a 2.5m hose (5m & 10m suction hoses are available).

350 Amps with 100% duty cycle when using CO2 or 310 Amps with 100% duty cycle when using Argon / CO2 mixed shielding gases.

When required a full range of spare parts are available from everyday shrouds and contact tips to swan necks and grip halves et cetera.

Our quick video clip shows welding with the Holch torch extraction "on" followed by the Kemper MiniFil vacuum having been turned  "off" so you see the normal fume as a direct comparison, then the Vacuum turned back "on" the close up didn't work as my stills camera doesn't refocus easily.  We will reshoot later.  The Headux 250C Welder was operating at 230 Amps welding with 1,0mm mild steel ESAB G3Si MIG wire with the wire speed at 16,5 m/ min.

Duty Cylce - measured at 40°C - the Duty Cycle @ 350 amps is 100% using pure CO2 shielding gas. 
When operating with more common Argon / CO2 mixed shielding gas the Duty Cycle is 100% @ 310 amps.

Contact tip type is Binzel M8 heavy duty to reduce operating costs.

The comforable ergonomic grip is fitted with an exhaust bypass slider valve for instant vacuum reduction adjustment whilst welding should your welding position begin to remove shielding gas.

MIG torch Euro connector exhaust connection has two options, internal fitment and external fitment.  The internal fitment accepts typical 45mm OD spiral type exhaust hose or the Kemper type vacuum hose which fits externally over the exhaust port which is 52mm OD.
