A British made hybrid chopper technology based MIG welder which provides the superior performance demanded of industrial welders it is the ability of the Mitsubishi hybrid chopper technology to combine the advantages of inverter technology along with the rugged reliability of traditional transformer based MIG welders which makes these industrial MIG welders so appealing.
When you need to work and keep working the 60% duty cycle ensures you don’t have to stop, the duty cycle being measured at 40C which implies that in the UK you may expect your welder to perform really well. For those of you welding at high power for long periods this welder is fitted with water cooling.
It is of course possible to have the MIG welder without the water cooling.
The OPTeARC range comes as standard with a four roll wire feed for consistent wire feeding along with the normal 60% duty cycle.
Like an inverter based machine these hybrid chopper MIG welders ensure the lowest power consumption whilst also enjoying simple operation similar to transformer welders.

In the eMIG range you may choose from 20 - 300A, 20-400A, 20-500A & 20-650A
High power single phase MIG welders up to 500 Amps are available for those that don’t have access to 3 phase power supply which means that when heavy duty welding is required it is still possible and your work will not be restricted, due to your power supply – assuming you have sufficient current draw being available in your supply.

The TEC ARC OPTeARC eMIG welders are available from simple eMIG MST systems to the eMIG synergic then on to the eMIG synergic double pulsed MIG welders so you can ensure your joint needs and finish can be met and obtained efficiently and quckly.
The ethos behind these MIG machines is that they are "built to last" and will prove to be a great value for money. Large cooling fans offer good performance over prolonged periods and should the machine come to a point of overheating there is a dual overload protection system which ensures your machine is protected.
Noz-Alls With a choice of wire rollers available - we can supply rollers for 0.6mm right through to 1.6mm with these machines.
The OPTeARC EMIG Synergic Pulse 400A Separates - 230 volt will accept both 5 and 15 kg reels.
Importantly the wire feed unit has the ability to also control gas purge, burn back, inching and latching.
These OPTeARC machines include circuitry which monitors your welding arc 10 000 times per second making small adjustments to the arc to ensure the arc is delivered consistently and smoothly ensuring your welding power doesn't alter.
