Messer Style AB Blockdusen - Hand Cutting Nozzle - Pre-Mix Injector Nozzle

The AB Atom / Blockdusen hand cutting nozzle has been manufactured from solid copper which provides a robust nozzle design.

As with many of the German style cutting nozzles the outer surface has been hard chrome plated or nickel chrome plated which has been carried out so as to help prevent spatter / dross from adhering to the external surface and tip face, all of which helps to extended the working life of the cutting nozzle.

With an injector cutitng torch the reduced build up of spatter helps to ensure artisans are able to work for extended periods. 

The pre-mix "AB" nozzle is for use with injector torches that have "Linde" style two cone seat such as Australian CIG style, many German styles and American L-TEC Oxweld style seat configurations.  

This same seat style was in the past used with the BOC "Cutogen" range of oxy / acetylene cutting nozzles before the introduction of the BOC ANM.  
As with other pre-mix injector nozzles the common mixed gas gallery feeds all the pre-heat flames and this helps to maintain even height pre-heat flames all with the same level of mix.
