Our very own ceramic to our CWS brand which we have named the BB range. While you may guess why we named it BB as Bloody Big or Big Bertha etc it does exactly as you may imagine. You will have a very wide area of gas shield making it possible to weld things beautifully that you couldn't have before. It also gives the benefit of additional cooling to the workpiece before it is exposed to the air so you will have reduced oxidisation of the weld. 

The size 12 is the start of our range within the BB sector so maybe it isn't as big as you may expect but still compared to an 8 or another standard size smaller you can still get many of the benefits of the larger BB range but with a bit more ease of access. 

Our ceramics come without the additional gas diffuser which allows you to purchase the exact sized insert to match your tungsten diameter. If you change between tungsten diameters we would recommend buying addtional ceramics as it will be quicker and easier to swap the ceramic rather than change the diffuser.
