CWS MMA Electrode Holder Arc Welding 200A MyKing style

This CWS 200A electrode holder is a twist type which has two electrode fitting positions, one at 90 degrees and the other at 60 degrees each accessed via a 4.25mm diameter fixing hole.  The welding current is transferred via a brass holder which has a steel end tooth to grip the electrode and not wear.  The inner an outer fixing parts have a long thread engagement for good power transfer.

The handle is a thick section rubber tube pushed over the inner cable clamp and bottom jaw.  The handle tube may only be fitted in one position.
the cable clamp has two hexagon grub screws to firmly clamp the power cable in position.  The cable access hole is 9.5mm dia. x 35mm deep which is sufficient for all cable sizes required of the CWS 200A electrode holder even when fitted with a long
lead length.
The rubber portion of the CWS electrode holder grip is 31.8mm diameter x 130mm in length.
