American Style Submerged Arc Contact Tip for use with 4mm (5/32") sub arc wire.

Solid copper SubArc contact tip has American "B" thread connection 9/16 x 18 TPI UNF thread. This 4mm submerged arc contact tip is manufactured from copper, chrome, zirconium material to help extend the operating life and reduce consumable consumption.  These 4.00mm (5/32") sub arc tips are manufactured to our own engineering drawing to help ensure consistency between heads and replacement without problems.
The contact tip has a long slow taper reducing to 10mm (3/8") at the tip face which allows multiple heads to feed into tight configuration to meet the needs of your sub arc deposit and sub arc feed layers.

The overall length of the contact tip is 75 mm (3" long) with a full diameter of 18mm. the Sub Arc contact tip may be fitted using a 15mm AF spanner.

The low price for these subarc contact tips is due to Noz-Alls Limited shifting slow moving stock, these contact tips had been purchased for a specific customer which then failed to purchase as promised!
