CWS MIG Welding Torch - MB24 Type 3m Length Compact and Higher Power

This is our own affordable MB24 style MIG torch which is fitted with good quality parts providing benefits you would expect from a higher priced unit. 

The Noz-Alls MB24 has great advantages when compared to the more common MB25 styles in that the gas shroud is smaller in diameter, allowing you access in tight spaces, however being smaller does not mean you are compromised on the available power because the MB24 build enables a higher power rating compared to the standard MB25 MIG torch.  The MB24 build make up is similar to the MB36 only smaller in diameter.

Our euro fitted MIG torches have encapsulated brass threaded connection nuts for the Euro connector as well as brass liner retaining nuts and well sprung contact pins.  Each Noz-Alls MIG torch is supplied complete with a contact tip spanner and a couple of spare contact tips. 

The AK24 MIG torch makes use of standard or heavy duty MB25 contact tips with the M6 thread.

The torch handle design has been produced to be as comfortable as possible improving comfort and reducing fatigue. 

All consumables are standard Binzel fitment and therefore readily available which helps to keep the ongoing costs lower when compared to some torches that use special sized shrouds or contact tips. 

Typically the duty cycle for these torches will be 60% at 220 Amps when using an argon mix shielding gas.
