Copper welding tips having an M8 x 1.00 internal connection thread.
These high quality copper welding nozzles provide an excellent flame shape which helps to control your welding puddle.

8 sizes available from size 40 L to 1250L (UK sizing approximately #2 to #45).
It is important to use the correct size welding tip to achieve the correct penetration and welding puddle size.
typically a welding nozzle may be turned down to 1/2 flow to reduce the amount of heat and the nozzle should still remain stable.  Do not turn the nozzle "up" from its correct setting, when you require extra heat use the next largest size and turn down as required to a maximum reduction of 50%.
