Double Roller Cutting Guide & Circle Cutting Bar 84 mm to 956mm Dia.

Double roller guide suitable for use with the Excalibur blowpipe range and ANME cutting nozzles.

Using the double roller guide can improve cutting accuracy for the artisan who uses gas equipment infrequently.

The double roller guide maintains a constant nozzle (pre-heat cone) height above the work piece thereby preventing top edge damage caused by cutting too close to the work piece.

The double roller guide may be set at various angles which will aid edge preparation for welding.
The double roller cutting guide has 30mm diameter steel wheels so ride easily over rough or pitted plate.
Ensuring the nozzle pre-heat cones are maintained 1,6mm above the plate surface for the most efficient cutting plus helps to avoid accidentals touch downs which can induce backfire or sustained backfire. 

This set includes the extension bar pivot point and additional nozzle clamping bush.  The maximum diameter able to be cut is 956 mm with the minimum being 84 mm diameter.

The double roller guide wheels are designed to function on up turned angle iron so the crest is uppermost., similar to rail wheels they will not easily slip off the angle iron crest.  Depending on the size of the angle iron the double roller guide may be used inverted so the correct nozzle stand-off height may be achieved.  with the angle iron clamped in place this allows accurate straight line cutting along with controlled edge starts and finishing of cuts.

The standard nozzle clamping bush is retained in place be a "C" clip soit will not fall out when you remove or fit the cutting nozzle - ANME-6 or PNME-18 both of which have a 15mm nozzle barrel diameter.

An extended nozzle bush is also supplied with the set.
