F-Tech Floor Standing Fume Extraction Filter Unit - Steel 3m  Flexible Arm

Relatively large floor standing welding fume extraction filter with a large 3m flexible extraction arm having 3 moving joints.

Traditional fume extractor with a hood to position close to where you will be welding so as to extract the welding fume.  The filter is an E12 99.5% classification with a filter surface area of 14.5m2  Fume extraction rate att he hood is 1100m3 / hr with a noise pressure level lower than 70 dBa.

The filter unit size is 1200 x 800 x 600mm - weight without the arm attached is 105kg,

The main filter is very simple to extract from the side panel door.

Control of the unit is through the 7" HMI touch screen which is used to control and advise information such as the operation  run time the filter alarm, percentage filter clogged et cetera.

Four casters ensure the unit is able to be moved about and locked in postion when required with the two front locking casters.

This filter unit is available in 110V, 230V and 400V power supply.
