GVS Elipse® P3 Nuisance Odour Respirator with replacement filters
This half mask respirator is the perfect size, weight and design for many offering a flexible design which adapts and fits perfectly to the face while still offering a full range of vision without interfering with eye or ear protection. The design allows it to be worn under a welding mask where the usual air fed masks are not practical or for short weld time periods where an air fed mask is not needed.
The large non-return valve has been positioned in the center of the mask which results in a lower breathing resistance and also reduced build up of moisture within the mask. The mask itself is only 142 grams which is not a lot of extra weight to carry around and comes complete with a head strap that sets in 4 easily adjusted positions for user comfort.

Efficiency minimum efficiency of 99,95% at 0,3 micron.
Materials medical grade TPE conforms to ISO 10993-10: 2010 for irritations. Mask body latex and silicone free, odour free. Valve Body in Nylon, Inhalation/Exhalation diaphragm in Silicone. 4 point adjustable elasticated head and neck strap with comfort pad in TPE.
Filters Mechanical type multi-layer HESPA Synthetic media with TPE flexible overmolded / encapsulated. Glued additional carbon activated impregnated media.
Properties
Effective against dust and fumes containing substances such as micro-organisms, marble, gypsum, titanium oxide, soapstone, rock wool, wood, detergents, textile fibres, spices, salt, animal feeds, etc.
Also effective for small concentration of vapours/odours.
Protects against dust that can cause lung disease. In particular, protects against coal, silica, cotton, iron ore, graphite, kaolin, zinc, aluminium dusts. Protects against harmful dusts such as asbestos, bauxite, coal, silica, iron, and against toxic dusts such as manganese, lead and chromium.
Pleated, interchangeable P3 filters have a minimum efficiency of 99,95% at 0,3 microns and a breathing resistance of 3 mbar at a flow rate of 47,5 l/min for each filter.
