Air Propane Needle Point Flame Burner - Brass body - Size 1 = 20g/hr
Air / propane needle point burners provide a small concentrated flame cone for those smaller applications such as brazing joints, soldering joints, warming smaller articles, warming heat shrink sleeve to seal cable joints. The #1 needle point burner would be ideal for the soldering of micro-bore central heating copper pipe joints and of course many more applications.
As with all air / propane burners when set correctly the maximum flame temperature will be 1900 Celsius, the volume of heat available increases with nozzle size, the #1 nozzle is the smallest and only burns 20grams of gas per hour.
The other sizes in the range #2 & #3 are both needle point flame nozzles, the #4, #5, #6, #7 & #8 are all broad heat burners.
The needle point burners would normally be used with the 50mm long neck and one of the shanks.
