Hardfacing Cobalt 1-G CW1 1.2mm 13kg Corewire Branded

Like the Stellite 1 type flux cored wire, Corewire produce their own version which is the CW1 Co. 
This wire is supplied on a 13kg spool and is 1.2mm in diameter. Spools are a robust plastic which ensures a smooth feed even down to the last wire layer. 

What Corewire say about this wire;
A cobalt alloy with a high volume fraction of primary carbides that provide excellent corrosion and wear resistance at elevated temperatures.
This wire is suitable for the following; 
Mill guides, palm nut oil extruder, plastic extrusion screws, mixer blades, scrapers, rubber mixer, wear pads and many other similar applications. Machinable by grinding only.

Unlike other wires Cobalt hardfacing gives exceptionally long life in terms of wear resistance. The spec of the wire can be found below.

DCEP polarity is preferred and the recommended amperage range for the 1.6mm diameter wire is between 130-220 amps. 24-29 volts with 20mm stick out. Pure argon should also be used at a rate of 15lpm.
