Knurled Drive Roll For Headux 130 Compact MIG Welder

Ultra compact MIG welder the Headux 130 Synergic welder this is the knurled drive roll which fits to the square drive shaft wire feed motor assemmbly.

The drive roll has two wire feed grooves both knurled to suit flux cored FCaw MIG  filler wire of 0,8mm and 0,9mm diameter.
Due to the soft nature of the flux cored filler wire it is important that the wired feed pressure roller has the pressure reduced.  The knurled feed wire groove grips the "soft" filler wire and drives the wire through the MIG torch feed cable.
