The listed price indicated above includes the very manoeuvrable industrial machine trolley which allows a full size industrial shielding gas cylinder to be used.  Trolley has large rear wheels and two front lockable casters.  Please see picture number 5 for the full size MIG trolley.
The Titan 250 compact MAG MIG welder has been designed to satisfy the most demanding and professional markets so that you may enjoy a sensitive and responsive MIG welder capable of welding thin automotive bodywork or thin sheet metal down to 30 amps yet it is powerful enough to blast welds in when you  need it to all on a single phase supply.

Your Titan 250C is a really versatile welding machine, providing you with many welding options, of course MAG / MIG welding with mild steel fillers (ER70S-6 et cetera), stainless steel fillers (304, 308, 312, 316 et cetera), Aluminium (4043, 5356…..et cetera) plus you can MIG braze with CuSi brazing wires.  To aid MIG welding with softer filler wires the Titan 250 Compact has a “spool on gun” interface allowing you to attach the spool on gun MIG torch which makes welding so much easier with softer filler wires.

Besides MIG welding your Titan 250C is a very accomplished MMA or stick welding machine with a power range from 10 to 250 Amps.  The innovative IGBT inverter technology ensure great arc ignition and stability whatever the power setting.

As with most Inverter welders you have the ability to undertake lift TIG with your Titan 250C.

This type of MIG welding machine is the backbone of industry, the 250 Amp single phase compact MIG welder manufactured as a complete unit in a single case and generally being used with a trolley.

The Titan MIG 250C is simple and easy to use whilst having features that ensure consistent performance, whatever you weld.  The wire feed drive roll system has 4 geared wire drive rolls for smooth and consistent wire feeding, all being driven by a high output 80 watt motor.  Innovative IGBT inverter technology ensures excellent arc stability in all welding modes whether it’s MMA - TIG or MIG (with minimal spatter).   The high duty cycle enables you to continue to weld, to get your job completed.

Welding with softer wires such as aluminium and CuSi couldn’t be easier having the spool on gun interface ensures you may couple up the spool on gun MIG torch for ease of welding.

The wire drive system does have the option of  “U” groove wire drive rolls so you are able to feed aluminium wire conventionally as well.
