The new Headux Cut 40 Compressor plasma cutter, as the name suggests this plasma cutter adds the high quality built in compressor.
Convenience built into one box, operate on site with 110V supply providing a clean cut from 0.5mm through to 12mm thickness, when you are able to operate on a 230V supply the clean cut ability increases to 15mm - quite running twin piston compressor
- wobble piston compressor normally used for medical air delivery as it is oil free plus  there is a constant smooth air supply. 
Much quieter than a conventional reciprocating piston compressor and doesn't need a separate resorvoir which means that you don’t need to transport a separate compressor along with your plasma cutter when going out to undertake work. 

It is important that the compressor has sufficient power so as to deliver the air flow volume required at the necessary pressure so as to be able to cut reliably and consistently, the power required to operate the compressor, from necessity takes potential power away from the Plasma inverter power board which means that the cutting ability is always going to be reduced when compared to the non compressor version.  Having to "share" the power, somewhat surprisingly the Headux Cut 40 with the built in compressor is able to cut from 0.5mm through to 15mm thick mild steel and stainless steel with a clean cut.
 
The Headux plasma cutter is very easy to set-up and operate simply plug the work return lead into the dinse socket, select the correct size nozzle for the material thickness you will be cutting then adjust the power setting control to the amperage for the given nozzle size.
The pilot arc enables cutting of mesh and other intermittent media as well being able to initiate a cut on painted bodywork.  Make use of the double leg cutting aid as this maintains the correct cutting height preventing touch downs and extends the cutting nozzle life.

Cutting copper and aluminium the cutting thickness will be reduced to about 2/3 of the capacity of mild steel for a similar power setting and nozzle size.

Nozzle sizes available are 0,65mm 0,8mm 0,9mm 1,0mm & 1,10mm .
