This carbon dioxide is suitable for home brewing purposes as well as being used for planted fish tanks that require CO2 injection. 

What is the difference between Welding CO2 and Food Grade CO2?

Putting it simply - the gas is the same. However, the cylinder is cleaned before it is filled and the lines that are used to fill the cylinder will have also been cleaned to ensure it meets food hygine requirements and therefore ensures it is of food grade quality. 

Both food grade CO2 and standard CO2 that is used for welding take the same industrial regulator.
