Hose Splicer or Joiner For 1/2" or 13mm Bore Hoses

Hose splicer to join two hoses of the same bore diameter.
This hose splicer has been designed to join hoses with a 13 mm or 1/2" bore and provide minimal pressure drop.  The nipple ends conform to the relevant parts of BS EN 1256.
Do not confuse our hose splicer with other cheap items in the market.

Before fitting a hose splicer check the condition of the hose, ensure the hose is not so perished that it should be replaced.
Why was the hose damaged so that it needs to be joined - try to remove the "problem" that caused the hose damage.
When joining two hoses to make a longer hose it is better to use a threaded hose equal coupler so that the longer hoses may be used temporarily, taken apart when finished and stored. This is a much safer and more cost effective option.
Hose lengths with 3 hose splicers should not be added to - 3 or more hose splicers and renew the hoses.
Each hose splicer will represent a pressure drop / flow restriction and impact on the hose performance having an effect on how the nozzle performs.
Never use threaded screw together hose clips.  Use genuine Oetiker hose clips as these are designed to close down correctly.  The single ear stainless steel type we market provide a full 360 degree seal as they have a special design to ensure full all round clamping with no gaps.
