Harris Style 198-2TF Machine Cutting Blowpipe - Oxy / Propane Injector

One of the most common machine cutting blowpipes in use today, this Harris style 198-2TF machine cutting torch has the "6290" flat seat for use with the Harris style VVC machine cutting nozzles.  

The torch inlet connections are the standard American 9/16" x 18 TPI - designated "B" fittings. We stock American "A" & "B" fittings should you require them.  The 198-2TF -30 blowpipe has 3 inlet connections with 3 control valves.  To ensure the cutting valve responds quickly the control valve has been designed with a quick spiral requiring only 1/4 turn from fully closed to fully on.  This feature provides great control when cutting plus make it easy to achieve a "running pierce" when starting in the middle of the cut part.

The 198-2TF - 30 torch is fitted with a propane injector, the barrel diameter is a standard 30mm.  The injector makes this torch suitable for use with low pressure gas supplies as well as cylinder propane supplies.

Please check if your present blowpipe has a 30, 32 or 35mm diameter torch barrel?
If you have a torch knuckle that only accepts 32 or 35mm barrel torches you may need a split collar be able to clamp the blowpipe correctly.
