Metabo W9 angle grinder - 115mm diameter (4.5") - 110v version

The W9-115 is as you may have already guessed, designed for use with 110 volts and is perfect for site work. The W9 denoted that this grinder is equipped with a Metabo 900 Watt Marathon Motor meaning that you get up to 50% more torque and over 20% more overload capacity compared to a standard 900 Watt unit. 

The disc guard is very simple to use and requires no tool to adjust it. Perfect for jobs where you need to move the guard between various positions. 

Calling all left handers! Although the grinder is set for right handed use the gear housing can, if required, be rotated to cater for left handed use. Yes - Metabo want everyone to use their tools, not just the majority. 

Thanks to the auto stop feature when the carbon brushes become too worn your motor will not take the same pounding that you can expect with cheaper grinders. It is a very small thing but the same rules apply to Metabo grinders on various aspects - basically lots of good little bits make for a great grinder and one that can of course be supplied with a 3 year warranty period.
