Metabo Hole Saw Set 625435 9 x cutters 2 x Arbour 19mm to 68mm Diameter.

Metabo top quality hole saws manufactured using bi-metalic manufacturing having an 8% Cobalt high speed steel for the cutting teeth to each hole saw so as to extend operating life.
The cutter set with two different drive arbours is contained in a robust plastic clam case with foam inserts to retain the cutters in position which prevents the cutter from "jangling" together and blunting the cutting teeth prematurely.
The pilot drill is 6.35mm diameter is able to be locked in place with a hexagon head grub screw, the drive key is supplied,  the pilot drill may be quickly and easily removed when required.  The pilot drill depth may be adjusted and locked in position as the drill has a flat along the final length of the shank.  Each hole saw has several slots to remove the cut plug, number depends on cutter size
The large and small driving arbours both have a hexagon drive shaft to ensure the spindle does not slip when in a chuck.  Both arbours make use of the same size pilot drill.

Smaller arbour - overall length with maximum pilot drill exposed (25mm) 130mm.  Pilot drill fully home provides 8mm of pilot drill exposed beyond hole saw teeth.  Hexagon drive length =35mm.
Larger arbour - overall length with maximum pilot drill exposed (33mm) 155mm.  Pilot drill fully home provides 12mm of pilot drill exposed beyond hole saw teeth.  Hexagon drive length =32mm.
Driving head has a sprung loaded collar with two drive pins which match with corresponding holes in the cutter.
