With a 100% duty cycle at 200 amps you have no risk of overheating and the resulting downtime, the setup screen has been made simple and with just one large control knob it is incredibly easy to use even with a gloved hand. The screen protector gives you the extra reassurance that the display isn't going to get knocked.
If you start out with an air cooled unit you can simply retrofit the water cooler (trolley optional) and then just select water cooling from the menu. Hey presto you are set to us the machine as a water cooled version. Where many manufacturers play on advertising just a few different wave form options Migatronic have really gone to town with this machine, if you have a particular requirement such as square top, triangle bottom, CenTIG can do it.
Ultimately, if you are TIG welding all day then this machine is for you. It will work tirelessly, it is easy to operate and the smoothness of the arc is impeccable. Sure there are cheaper welders out there but they will not be anywhere near as good as this machine and in the long run, either yourself or your artisans will thank you for it.

Software Functions

TIG-A-TACK
A semi-automatic process that makes extremely small and precise fixations that are invisible in the finished weld.
TIG-REP-TACK
A semi-automatic process that makes a series of small fixation points forming a coherent weld seam in ultra-thin materials, from 0,5 mm - 1,5 mm.
IGC
Automatic gas adjustments that reduce the risk of failures. It improves the weld quality and reduces the gas bill at the same time.
Pulse
Pulse gives better control of the weld pool, and the low heat input minimises the risk of damaging the steel.
Job
The user can save favourite and routine settings and easily recall them anytime.
Flow Control
The Flow Control is designed to observe the flow in the water tank to ensure everything is in perfect order. If the flow control detects any instability, the user will receive a warning. This also applies if the water tank is close to empty, reminding the user to refill the tank and avoid damaging the torch.
