Heating Nozzle Fits Directly to Cutting Torch Head

The PH-NM is a very simple heating nozzle which screws directly into the blowpipe (torch) head of a nozzle mix blowpipe, such as the Excalibur NM250 or the longer versions, NM400 & NM 500.  The PH-NM heating nozzle may also be fitted to the type 5 shank fitted with the cutting attachment.
Please remember to operate with oxy / propane only.

These nozzles are sometimes referred to as "Pepper Pots" in the industry.

The PH-NM heating nozzle is available in a single size and are really just for occasional heating requirements where lower heat outputs are required when using a cutting torch - these nozzles provide greater heat than simply using your PNM-18 cutting nozzle for heating - All that is required is that you take your PNM-18  cutting nozzle out from the torch head - make sure your retain the head nut - now just screw in the PH-NM pepper pot heating nozzle into the torch head - nip tight.

Where heat is required for long periods or a greater volume of heat is required then fit the "Super Heating Adaptor" and one of the "Super Heating Nozzles - 2H, 3H, 4H or 5H" these sizes will provide a higher heat output and are of a safer design.

Operating pressures are typically 0,4 to 1,0 bar of Propane and 1,0 to 4 bar of oxygen.
