Light Weight Propane/Propylene Brazing Nozzles 
Designed to fit the FN mixer.  (Thd OD 1/4" x 26TPI).

This nozzle is often referred to as a light weight propane welding nozzle - more often than not this is because they are the same shape and length as the acetylene welding tips. Of course with propane, it is impossible to weld - brazing on the other hand is always possible. These brazing / heating nozzles fit into the standard oxy / acetylene FN mixer which has the 1/4" x 26TPI connection thread.

These nozzles will not fit the type 3 or type 5 shank and mixer. Please click here for nozzles to suit the bigger torch. 

Following the increase in demand for propane brazing tips Noz-Alls have developed a range of nozzles with sizes that have been formulated to provide the same level of useful heat as the acetylene versions which means a size 1A is still a size 1P. Because of this the larger propane tips (#10P to #25P) have a larger head piece to them. We have designed the tip to be easy to use and still remain free from a tip which is too large that could obscure your view of the work. 
The design of the nozzle enables a concentrated / forcing flame ot be set without the flame blowing off the tip.

Select the nozzle size suitable for your material thicknesses; 

• Size #1P:     up to 0.9 mm
• Size #2P:        0.9-1.2 mm 
• Size #3P:        1.2-2.0 mm
• Size #5P:        2.0-2.6 mm
• Size #7P:        2.6-3.2 mm
• Size #10P:      3.2-4.0 mm
• Size #13P:      4.0-5.0 mm
• Size #18P:      5.0-6.5 mm
• Size #25P:      6.5-8.2 mm

Setup Pressures 
#1P to #7P - 0.15 bar for both oxygen and propane / propylene
