Replacement Red & Green Hoses For Smith & Uniweld Little Torches

Important Note
Please be aware that  for superior quality hoses Noz-Alls supply the blue & orange microbore reinforced hoses which are produced in the UK  - the OD of these blue and orange hoses is 7mm and ID is 3mm. 
Generally when replacing hoses we believe that you should replace with "UK" or European conforming hose colours rather than refitting American coloured hoses.
The Blue and Orange hoses we supply are far superior to the fabric covered tubes originally fitted to the Smith Little Torch or Uniweld Artorch.
For those customers that only want to replace "like with like" we do stock small quantities of the hose sets with G3/8 inlet connections.

These hoses are original Uniweld hoses.
 We have three of the four common variants that Uniweld have supplied with the Artorch, there may be others which we are not aware of.
Please be sure to choose the correct type - "A - B - C or D".
 
For your convenience we supply these as a hose set of both the red and green covered hoses fitted with G3/8 left and G3/8 right hand connection nuts the length is approximately 1.8m or 6 feet (6’).
The hoses are cable tied together as per how they are supplied as original fitment.
 
Noz-Alls supply the fitting instructions which includes a diagram so that a ferrule fitting tool may be made if the brass push on ferrules are to be reused. 
Noz-Alls supply Oetiker clips which we generally prefer.
 
There are three distinct hoses that have been supplied by Uniweld, however our most recent supplies from Uniweld have moved back to what we consider to be a better quality of hose which is also smaller in diameter than what had been supplied for the last few years.
 
Type (B)
Red & Green braided hoses OD 6.15 - 6.5 mm black inner hose tube 
Fairly tight weave of the fabric braid. Fairly smooth feel.

Type (C)
Red & Green braided hoses OD 6.75 - 7.0mm black inner hose tube 
Open weave of the fabric braid.  Rough feel.

At Noz-Alls we complained about the quality of the Type “C” hoses because the hoses looked to be inferior to the earlier hoses – We were assured the hoses were sourced from American hose manufacturers but had been bought at a price point.
We are glad that the hoses have been moved back to an earlier style because aesthetically the hoses look better even though they don’t actually perform any better.
 
Type D)
Type “C” hoses have been replaced with new hoses in the latest supply which look and feel more like Type “A” hoses but have a slightly larger OD
