TC180D PAPR TH3 Air Wave Blower Main HEPA filter - replacement Pack 2 Filters

Repalcement filter for your 6 speed Air Wave  blower unit being part of your TC180 Digital PAPR ADF welding mask system designed to keep you safe from welding fume.  With the PAPR system having achieved the highest level of filtration being classified to TH3 the filter also has to be of the highest class to achieve the overall filtration.

The main filter will gradually become more blocked through use until the filter requires replacement.  The Air Wave filter unit detects the filter "blockage" which is shown on the LED display, generally when the filter becomes 30 to 40% blocked it should be replaced.

Replacement filters are available individually or in packs of 5 pcs.

The pre-filter should be replaced regularly, after each full days shift as this will extend the life of the main filter.
