TEC Feed 350 Amp MIG Welding Feeder  Converts Your Stick Welder to MIG

TEC Arc TEC Feed 350 amp MMA to MIG converter is a truly robust  industrial MIG designed for use out on site and in arduous conditions.
Most artisans will use a stick welder out on site because the MMA welder is versatile plus will generally provide enough “punch” to get the desired job completed with root runs followed with the filling and capping run. 

 Easy to Set-up & Use
The Tec Feed 350i from Noz-Alls provides you with the convenience and speed of welding with a MIG while being powered by your stick welder the MMA to MIG converter does not require any other power to operate.  It is simple, just hook up the input power lead to your MMA welder dinse socket  (+ve) the MMA welder “earth” or work return lead is connected to the negative dinse socket on the MMA welder being connected to your work piece. The MIG converter also requires that there is a “signal” work return lead also connected to the welder work return connection, this is simply fitted to the rear of the MIG converter via a wing nut.

Power Requirement 
The MMA to MIG converter is powered directly using the output power from your stick welder, so long as the output is between 21V to 110V DC and will provide welding current range from 50Amps to 350 Amps – this does of course depend on the power output of your MMA /Stick welder.  Even operating at full power of 350 Amps the feeder unit has a duty cycle of 60% which means you will be able to work to complete tasks without interruption.

Noz-Alls are pleased to advise that the Tec Feed 350i makes use of a professional wire drive feeding unit having a four roll geared wire feed to ensure smooth wire feeding for all applications.
 
The robust MIG unit make use of the most frequently used Euro torch connection which provides for any euro connected MIG welding torch to be fitted  and used with the TEC Feed 350 unit.  Above the euro torch connection on the front panel is the wire feed speed control numerated from 1 to 10, the welding power will be controlled via the power control on the MMA welder.  Inline with the robust build quality the wire feed speed control is protected by an aluminium shroud.
 
When you open the robust MIG feeder case it is evident that a full size 15kg wire spool may be fitted and the case fully closed, plus of course the smaller 5kg spools  may also be fitted as they utilise the same size hub.
 
The professional geared four roll wire feed with large 80watt feed motor Noz-Alls have photographed to ensure you are fully aware of just how good the wire feed really is.  The wire is simple to load as there is an “inch” button provided to assist wire loading and feeding without wasting expensive shielding gases. 
Inline with being a professional MIG machine there is the option of trigger latching switchable between 2T & 4T.
 
The burn back control is adjustable to suit your welding technique and is variable between 1 to 10 to ensure your MIG filler wire will disconnect from your weld bead when you finish your run.
