Welding Machine Water Cooler TC1000 - 230V
Tray type water cooler typically for fitment below the welding power unit.
The TC1000 water cooler provides for 1000 watts of cooling over a 20 degree Celsius rise in temperature with ambient at 25C.
The water cooler draws 0.9 amps (230V version) and provides for a maximum pressure of 4 bar along with a maximum flow rate of 10 litres per minute, however the typical operating flow rate will only be about 2 litres per minute as this is due to the restrictions in the water cooled TIG / MIG torch design as well as the typical quick connections.
The tank capacity is 5,5 litres of which 30% needs to be coolant with the remaining 70% being water - the cooling solution should be drained and exchanged every 12 months.
The 30% solution provides protection down to -14C, should protection be required to a lower temperature then the mix ratio may be increased to include more cooling fluid.
Never use car antifreeze as the coolant - it will destroy the pump and invalidate the warranty.
