Slab Cutting & Profiles - Post Mixing CanCut CC Machine Torch

Designed for use with the CanCut CC range of post mixing cutting nozzles.
This is the smallest machine cutting torch shown without the water cooling connections or gas control valves both of which are optional.

These post mixing blowpipes are only for use with the CanCut CC90, CC130, CC150 & CC180 post mixing cutting nozzles.
Each torch is made to order so special lengths and fittings are always possible.
The barrel diameters are based on the normal sizes for steelworks applications and cutting machines.  

Pictures show a typical simple air cooled torch set-up on a precision straight line geared drive cutting tractor.  In these pictures the control of the torch is manually operated by fitting aftermarket ball valves to control the gases and cutting oxygen.  One of the great advantages of the Post Mixing system is the ability to do "flying starts" on thick sections there is no requirement to pre-heat the edge.  
In two of the pictures the cut is made on laminated plates which the system was able to cut without problem. 
Another great advantage of this torch and nozzle system is the stand-off from the top plate which means the cutting nozzle is not affected by spatter or dross because the nozzle is 150mm above the plate.
