Cutting Nozzle Oxy / Propane to suit light weight shank & cutting attachment

A robust cutting nozzle for use with oxy / propane which screws directly into the Saffire Lite, Saffire LC or the FN / Butcher Brothers Orbit size of shank.  The miniature cutting nozzle is available in the 3 most common sizes 1/32", 3/64" & 1/16" being capable of cutting 50mm thick steel using the FN / Lite / Orbit style gas equipment.

The AFN nozzle head nut is removed so the PFN nozzle may be screwed directly into the cutting attachment head.  The PFN nozzle will slice through your work having a good size pre-heat flame for the nozzle's tiny size.
Being made from two pieces the nozzle is easy to clean should you dirty the tip.

Higher Oxygen Consumption = Increased Cost
When comparing costs remember that oxy / acetylene uses 1,1::1 volumes of gas whereas oxy / propane uses 3,9::1 volumes and oxy / propylene uses 3,5::1 volumes so the use and cost of oxygen will be 4 times higher than with oxy / acetylene plus the process will be slower as ignition take longer plus heat input is slightly less effective than oxy / acetylene, however this may not be a problem when heating
“frozen” nuts for removal, pre-heating prior to welding or when cutting.
