X11 / D75 Injector Welding Head Complete - GasIQ

Elga - Sweden injector welding heads suitable for use with the D75 injector shank plus the "AGA" style X11 equipment.

These nozzles are fitted to the shank with a "stirrup" nut which flips over and is then tightened down to the shank via the connection thread. The injector is fitted with a white PTFE sealing washer which seals internally in the shank.

Every welding head is supplied complete with the injector attached ready for use. The welding nozzles are chrome plated for protection from spatter particles. The injector size is matched to suit the welding nozzle to ensure a nautral flame condition can be achieved at the working pressures.

6 sizes are generally available. from 80L/Hr to 1000L/Hr. (measured oxygen flow)
