Flat Seat Harris Style  6290 Injector Cutting Nozzle NH - Machine & Hand Cutting

Injector mix Machine or hand cutting nozzle to suit Harris style cutting torches with the 6290 size seat the H6290 NH is used in the UK at the thicker end of the machine cutting VVC nozzle range.  The 6290NH are not high speed cutting nozzles but rather have a parallel cutting bore.  The NH is used for hand cutting thicker material and is an Oxy / Propane cutting nozzle which is availble in four sizes #5, #6, #7 & #8.

As with all H6290 injector cutting nozzles the Harris style nozzles have two annular flat seats andit is important the seats are kept clean and free from any dirt or dross.  
As with most pre-mix cutting nozzles the injector mix ensures an even height pre-heat flame when the nozzles have been manufactured correctly and accurately.
All our Harris style H6290 cutting nozzles are finish machined by Noz-Alls in the UK.

As with most Harris style injector cutting nozzles the inner is machined from brass and the outer is plain copper.
Inner has 14 large "Vee" shaped heating slots, similar to the VVC and NX nozzle ranges.

H6290 NH         #8     300 to 380 mm cutting range - Oxy pressure 4-4,5 bar

H6290 NH cutting nozzles have a smooth parallel bore cutting orifice and are not "high speed" so these NH nozzles are not critical of the cutting oxygen pressure in the same way as the high speed VVC cutting nozzles.
