Harris Style Oxy / Propane Gouging Nozzle H6290 GG
Harris style flat seat bent or angled gouging nozzle for use with oxy / propane.
Made to our own engineering design drawings this gouging nozzle fits the H6290 seat series injector blowpipes such as the 62-5F, the nozzle is a traditional 2 piece design with a brass inner and copper outer.
4 sizes are available 1GG, 2GG, 3GG & 4GG the nozzle has a central bend which prevents the inner being removed but does facilitate the gouging technique in almost all application tasks.
If you intend to undertake weld removal / gouging on a regular basis it is probably best to invest in a cutting torch with a straight (180 degree) head as this allows greater control over your gouge path making the process much easier to master and results in less unintentional metal removal.
DO NOT set too high oxygen gouging pressure as this can make gouging more difficult.
Use the pressure indicated on the Noz-Alls GG nozzle.
