Headux MIG 130 Syn Pro Ultra Compact Inverter MIG 30 to 130 Amp - 230V - Gasless Package - Ready to Weld Out of the Box

Ideal DIY Home MIG Welder
Headux 130 Syn Pro

This Package includes two 0.45kg reels of flux cored (gasless) MIG wire one reel of 0.8mm and one of 0.9mm flux cored wire, 5 off contact tips of 0.8mm and 5 off contact tips of 0.9mm.
This is to set you up and get you MIG welding immediately inside or outside without gas.

Just because a MIG welder is small doesn’t mean it is not capable.
This Headux 130 Syn Pro is a professional MIG welder you take to places your normal MIG cannot reach.
Advanced features such as "soft start" make this welder very easy to weld with and less likely to "punch" holes in thin bodywork.  To aid with wire spool loading the soft start closes after a few seconds if an arc has not been struck adn normal wire speed is initiated which enables wire to be loaded quickly and easily.

As a very compact and physically small MIG welder the price of the Headux 130Syn - Pro is very advantageous which means that this could be your ideal first MIG welder and not just because it provides you with both excellent weld results plus being low in cost, this MIG welder is very easy to set and use so an excellent first MIG welder.
The welding power range of 30 to 130 Amps makes it able to weld 1,2 mm through to 2,7mm thick mild steel on synergic settings with flux cored wire.  A a maximum of 3,2mm (1/8") with manual adjustment would be possible with the largest size of flux cored filler wire.  With solid filler wire it is possible to weld with manual setting to about 4mm material thickness.

The new Headux 130Syn - Pro has been designed to be ultra compact whilst providing excellent welding results.  The inverter design has anti-spatter circuitry similar to the larger Headux MIG welders.  This is the MIG welder you can take anywhere so long as you have got a power supply or generator with a 13 amp socket.
Being ultra compact means the welder has been designed to accept the small 100mm diameter 1kg MIG wire spools.
The Headux ultra compact MIG welder is fitted with a good quality MB15 style MIG torch on a 3m lead.  Using a fitted MIG torch ensures the overall size remains much more compact.  The front of the welder has the typical flying lead with large Dinse plug found on its larger brothers in the MIG machine range which makes it very easy and quick to switch between normal solid mig filler wire to the flux cored gasless MIG wire when required.  The 3m long work return lead (commonly called the earth lead) is fitted with a large Dinse plug and good quality crocodile style clamp.

Obviously a machine of this quality would not be fitted with a "live" MIG torch.  The MB15 style MIG torch make use of all standard components which ensures spares parts may be sourced anywhere which keeps costs down.  The shielding gas is switched by a solenoid valve in the same way as the larger Headux MIG welders.

This Headux 130Syn Pro may be used with either shielding gas or with flux cored gasless MIG wire.  Switch polarity simply by swapping over the flying lead from one large Dinse socket to the other.  Both Dinse sockets would be used for MMA or stick welding, stick welding leads are made to suit your needs in terms of length and electrode holder type and size.
Due to the MIG welder's very compact size our Noz-Alls large disposable shielding gas canisters are an ideal partner for your Headux 130Syn Pro Inverter MIG welding machine.  The large disposable canisters hold 240 L of mixed gas which is generally sufficient for MIG welding for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Switching to flux cored wire is simple to achieve by simply swapping over the front
flying lead connection which has a large Dinse plug - see the diagram on the front of the welder to choose the correct socket for the work return lead.

The Headux welding current may be adjusted from 30 through to 130 amps just 1 amp at a time so no big jumps in welding power which enables you to weld at the speed you choose and not be forced to weld how the welder dictates which is what most starter transformer MIG welders inflict on you as the transformers only have 4 or 6 settings instead of the Headux 130Syn Pro which enables you to  choose the exact power requirement.

This Headux MIG 130Syn Pro from Noz-Alls is a very good starter MIG welder for those on a limited budget as it cost no more than the starter transformer welders from the likes of Clarke, SIP and Sealey as well as a host of other low cost transformers the Headux 130Syn Pro costs no more yet provides a machine which is easier to weld with plus creates much better welds and keeps you in control.  Simple, easy and puts you in control of your welding.  Put a rocket in your pocket, weld with the Headux MIG 130 Synergic Pro inverter MIG welder.
