High Flow 400Watt CO2 & CO2 Mixed Gas Pre-Heater for fitting directly to CO2 cylinder

Made in Germany, this high flow 400 Watt CO2 heater may be used for many applications besides welding because this gas pre-heater is rated for high pressure use at a flow rate of 100 cubic meters per hour which means that multiple welding applications may be operated from a single heater or use in the beverage and food industries where high flow "protective" gas blankets are required.

Traditional use for MAG welding with pure CO2 may result in the CO2 being withdrawn at such a rate as to freeze the regulator, this CO2 pre-heater is fitted directly to the CO2 cylinder valve with your CO2 regulator being fitted to the heater. 
This is a large 400W high flow CO2 heater so is physically larger than most other single unit welding CO2 heaters on the market, the purpose remains the same which is that to warm the gas before the gas enters the regulator.   The CO2 heater has a standard CO2 inlet and outlet connection but may be fitted with a standard 230 bar inlet bullnose  for use with mixed gases.
The heater requires a standard 230V Ac connection / 13Amp socket.  A 13amp 3 pin UK plug is fitted to the power cord.

This gas heater is also available with "NEVOC" connections for use with 300bar cylinders - Please note that these are a special order item and we don't normally stock the heater with the NEVOC connection. (The heaters are rated to work at 300 bar).
Many inlet and outlet connections are available for use with lower cylinder gas pressures.
