Replacement Inner Powder Nozzle - the iron powder nozzle will wear and need replacing from time to time depending on use, plus it is possible to damage the powder nozzle with heat due to the process and the type of work being undertaken. If the powder head is allowed to become too hot whilst working the iron powder can fuse inside the powder head making it impossible to remove the inner powder nozzle from the powder head.
The inner powder nozzle distributes the iron powder around the cutting nozzle so the iron powder may be ignited and the vast amount of exothermic heat being generated by the iginition of the iron powder with the oxygen may be used to sever material.
