True Colour ADF Replacement Lens Shades 5 to 13

Upgrade your old or tired automatic darkening filter (ADF) with this quality replacement lens which provides shades from level 5 through to shade 13 which makes it suitable for most TIG, MIG and ARC welding processes.

This replacement ADF cartridge is one of the larger sizes found being 115 x 132 x 10.5 mm or in imperial measeures  4 17/32" x 5 3/16" x 13/32" so will be a good replacement for many passive lenses.

This filter unit has a light state of shade 4 and may be set between shades 5 to 13 to suit your welding power and process.  The optical quality is one of the best on the market being graded as class 1/1/1/2 to EN379  only class 1/1/1/1 is better, Noz-Alls sell two masks with this highest of optical qualities.

The replacement ADF is powered by a solar cell which is backed up by a lithium button cells the commonly available CR2450 the ADF unit has a low battery indicator on the rear so you will know when to change the batteries.  Battery life will be good as it is not a true colour lens so it does not matter if the mask is not used frequently.  Give us a ring on 01242 681052 if you have any questions concerning this replacement ADF lens.

Two sensors are positioned just under the solar cell on the front of the ADF.

There is the ability to adjust the delay to light and the sensitivity as well as the shade level using the 3 potentiomiters at the top of the rear of the lens.
