Artorch Micro Welding Torch - Set Torch, Hoses & Nozzles #2, #3, #4, #5 & #6

Similar to the Smith Little torch the Artorch set includes the shank fitted with 1,8m hoses plus 5 micro welding nozzles. The micro welding nozzles size #2 & #3 utilise an industrial sapphire through which the welding orifice is generated, this is to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Using Oxy / acetylene gases enable the highest flame temperature of 3106 degrees Celsius to be achieved with the smallest of welding cones. The micro flame welding nozzles are designed to undertake such operations as to heat and join very small parts like jewellery, dental wires, electronic circuits and components plus every micro operation you can think of.
Hoses are fitted with 3/8 BSP nuts for connection to the flashback arrestors fitted to the outlet of the gas supply regulators.
This set is supplied with curved nozzle sizes #2, #3, #4, #5 and #6 the outlet for the smallest nozzles sizes are machined through an industrial ruby to ensure absolute accuracy and consistency. (#1, #2 & #3). Nozzle sizes #4, #5, #6 and #7 are manufactured from swaged copper tube.

Note: These sets are American and have been fitted with red hose for Fuel and green hose for Oxygen.

UK size is based on Cubic feet of acetylene burnt per hour therefore #1 = 1 CFH of DA
and a #5 = 5 CFH of DA / hour (DA = Dissolved Acetylene)
