Heavy Duty Cutting Nozzle - Oxy / Propane Victor Style 2-285N Size 437 Fits to Victor HC1500 Cutting Blowpipe

Two piece oxy/propane cutting nozzle, the brass inner screws directly into the head of the Victor HC1500 cutting torch head.  The copper outer is then held in position with a brass headnut  (Head nut item PA1514).

The Victor heavy duty cutting blowpipe has a 180 degree head so as to blow the dross away from the artisan, these nozzles are manufactured in America and Noz-Alls import them directly from the manufacturer.  These Victor 2-285N style nozzles are as good as the original nozzles.  The outer has a thick wall for good heat dissipation, the inner slots are fine and deep to help retain the flame on  the nozzle tip.  The flame has to be set to a high level otherwise the pre-heat flame will self heat the outer if the pre-heat flame is set too low.

The picture shows the inner and outer together as it would be fitted in the blowpipe plus with the inner and outer separate.

Please note that all our American sourced items have now seen a dramatic shift upward in price we have been informed that this is due to the fact that America has imposed a 50% tariff on all  imported copper.  Copper supply is limited worldwide with Chile being the largest supplier.
America has not been capable of satisfying all their countries needs for copper (about 50%), inefficient higher cost production will now be protected by the tariffs!
This is a long term issue as America is not expected to be self sufficient before 2035
