Orange welding screen - 6x6' (1.8m x 1.8m)

This orange welding screen comes complete with curtain, frame and castor wheels. Orange screens are also referred to as amber or red welding screens. The framework arrives flat packed and the screen frame simply slots together. Nylon ties (supplied) are then used to hold the curtain on the frame. The curtain itself is made from PVC which conforms to EN1598 and it is all fully CE approved. 

Frame Assembly Time: 3 minutes
Curtain Hanging Time: 5 minutes

Red welding screens can be used when improved visibility is required or where only low amperages are being used. Red screens would also be suitable for oxy fuel welding. An example of the visibility can be seen on the other images - the mini and storage shelving unit remain visible. 
For a darker welding screen please pick the screen which comes with a green curtain from the related products. The weldability frame offers an excellent value for money product which is better quality than other more expensive welding screens which can be bought elsewhere. 

We also sell other frameworks which may cost more but if you are looking to cover a bigger distance (6x8') or if the screen is to be put up and taken down on a frequent basis then the other framework may be better suited.
