CWS ADF Welding Mask Replacement Pivot Pack

This is a kit of 10 plastic parts - left and right handed to replace the mask pivots.
Some customers who use our CWS automatic welding masks, after a period of several years, and have generally made use of the practice of the, "nod to drop" tension setting i.e. lift mask up when not welding but then give the head a short downward movement to "drop" the mask into the welding position, have stated that after completing this tactic from many years the friction bars within the mask fulcrum no longer supports the mask in the "Up" position which results the fulcrum tension have to be tightened to the point where the "nod to drop" technique no longer is possible.

We now have the solution - the kit of wear parts are available - quick and easy to refit.

These parts do not fit the TC180D, TC180D PAPR or the TC5 Advanced - These masks make use of a more complex cantilever mechanism
