The Headux 195 Syn MIG has more welding power plus has the advantage of many additional parameters which may be adjusted so as to tune the welder to meet your welding requirements, generally parameters which have a fixed value on most MIG welders.

Great value for money with many advanced features.

This 195 semi-synergic MIG welder has the advantage of being very simple and and easy to set whilst providing professional quality welds time after time.

The  Headux Titan 195 is powerful and compact operating  with IGBT inverter technology makes this MIG welder fully portable and is equally at home in an industrial environment as it is in a domestic garage.

This Headux 195 Semi Synergic PFC MIG from Noz-Alls allows you to select from 7 welding modes which includes MMA or stick welding, Lift TIG, conventional MIG and 4 Synergic MIG settings so you may be confident wedling in any mode that you will achieve the professional results you need.  This 195 welder has many more settings available to the artisan compared to a standard inverter MIG which also help improve welding ability.

Set to "conventional MIG welding mode" all 3 sizes of MIG wire may be used for mild steel and stainless steels, larger 1.2mm aluminium filler wire may also be used.
Typically mild steel ER70S-6 in 0,6mm - 0,8mm  and 1,00mm on 5kg spools plus of course various types of stainless steel MIG wire as well as typically Aluminium 4043 & 5356 general purpose aluminium wires and not forgetting CuSi brazing MIG wire.
The softer MIG wire could be used with the spool on gun MIG torch.  (See options).

Being able to turn the volts (amps) right down and weld with 0,6mm mild steel MIG wire makes this welder ideal for thin automotive panels.  The adjustable soft start feature of the Headux 195 means that the welder will not "punch" a hole when you start to weld on thin metal - Typically soft start is pre-set to just 3m/min until the arc has been initiated.

Trigger mode of 2T or 4T may be set - special setting also allows crater fill adjustment.

Easy to use for less experienced welder and Advantages for the Pro Welder
It is the added features of the "195" that help to make this welder a joy to use compared to many welders the Headux 195 has several great advantages one of which is that that the wire speed drive has an adjustable "soft start" setting which prevents the wire feeding out fast which can  "punch"  into the weld metal, using the soft start the wire begins to feed at a reduced speed until the arc has been initiated.  Once the arc has established the full welding wire speed then results.
For those novice welders this Headux 195 is ideal as your starter welding machine because it has the advantage that the welder will "grow" with you as you gain welding experience, because the 195 MIG welder has double digital displays, setting the same values again and again is easy.  As you gain welding experience setting your welder "by ear" will also become easier and then the LED displays will become more useful for setting the more special functions or making specific changes.

The four synergic MIG functions make it easy to achieve ideal welding settings quickly no matter whether welding from 0.5 mm material through to 8mm thick material.

In all four of the Synergic MIG welding modes the following parameters may be pre-set to suit your welding needs:-
Soft start wire feed rate is adjustable (m/min).
Crater fill wire feed speed is adjustable (m/min).
Crater fill voltage is adjustagle (V).
Down slope time is adjustable (Seconds)
Pre-flow shielding gas is adjustable (Seconds)
Post-flow of shielding gas is adjustable (seconds)

Conventional Welding Modes
When in conventional welding modes, once you have set your machine to the required welding process you are able to set your welding current at exactly the right level for the job you need to do by adjusting a fraction of an amp as and when required. (No big step changes in power).  The digital controls enjoy 20 "indents" per revolution, however when you rotate the control quickly by 1/4 of a turn the adjustment is coarse and will adjust to full scale quickly, whereas if you rotate the digital control slowly the adjustment is 0.1 per indent.

Your MIG machine package includes  a top quality Euro mounting MIG torch MB15 style x 3m plus 3m long work return lead.  Other torch options are available on request, typically CWS MB24 3m, 4m or 5m long, or longer versions of the CWS MB15 - 3m, 4m, or 5m or the larger MB25 3, 4 & 5m.  The filler wire is fed through a good quality metal wire feed drive  incorporating a 40 Watt motor which helps ensure smooth and consistent wire feeding.

In line with professional MIG welders there is a control socket for “spool on gun” MIG torch for Aluminium welding plus CuSi brazing.
The Headux 225 Semi-Synergic PFC MIG has built-in automatic burn back control to prevent the wire buring back to the contact tip.
